every level increases nightmares by 5% (I am at a pretty high level now and it is always 5% increase)

Also what is the fastest possible spawn rate?

I've been on 196/200, whatever those things are, to level up all day, what gives with this event :?

Are you sure you're tapping the right nightmare? And if you are is it in your town or a neighbours?
