every level increases nightmares by 5% (I am at a pretty high level now and it is always 5% increase)
Thanks. I should have made it clearer what I was asking.
I suppose the only point in knowing is what you keep your story teller on versus what crafting you want to do. My guess is it is better to keep the story teller on the thing you need for the upgrade; well most of the time.
