I usually wait for at least 1 week of inactivity... if its someone from the forum I usually wait longer...

Usually a couple of weeks, 2 or 3. I don't check too often.
With this lag going on I'm not deleting anyone though, I know some people have a hard time getting into their towns and me on my part have a hard time visiting them. So I don't feel the need to clear out inactive neighbours ATM.
