I usually wait for at least 1 week of inactivity... if its someone from the forum I usually wait longer...

I brought this topic up a couple weeks ago. I delete after 2 weeks of no activity. I figure there are those who go on vacation, etc. Also, I do watch for repeat offenders. Hmmm, maybe they are rich and gone a lot?
