Pessimistic: Not a dang thing (More likely as comedy central still has the rights to Futurama I believe). :/

It still says copyright of Fox during the credits of the new episodes, not sure what that means for the characters.

FOX owns the rights to the series; Comedy Central paid them for the right to air the episodes. And now that the series is over (only for now, I hope) all CC has is the syndication rights for old episodes.

In theory it should be fair game. Bender has appeared several times on the show -- and in 2007's The Simpsons Game -- and The Hypnotoad has made two cameos this season.

Its not airing till fall 2014 as the season 13 premiere
