Thanks killasqirl. I've only done 1 big event (Christmas 2014) & didn't have any neighbours then so not really sure what to expect but really looking forward to tapping :)

It is usually safe to send premium and no longer available/limited time characters as they will not be used for main questlines. It is also usually safe to send high level characters as well, as most required characters will be lower level so most people can complete them. Of course if its a random task, you can always wait, but if its part of the main questline, you may want to go ahead if you have above mentioned characters.

Thank you for the advice Drprimo. I will need to check if it's a main quest or not as I think I'm levelling up quicker than I can earn money to buy buildings. I refuse to have a house farm :) I'm at level 42 & have just finished building the court house. I've done the task for CBG to go to court & now sanjays house has just unlocked which I have enough money to buy but need some land to put it on & also I don't want to use all my money & miss out on some decs from this update. I've only got 1 premium (brandine) not sure I've got any limited time ones as I've only been playing for about 3 months.
