If it was a new level, you would have gotten the level up screen even if all your characters were busy.

Riddle me this Batman...
My husband informed me of the update, which I then logged on to download. I got the update everyone else did. He, on the other hand, got nothing as annathewicked stated. His clocks all read the same as before and he actually posted to me that his timer on prizes has now run out.
He has that elf glitch. The one that gives no elves after hours away from the game. I got the island days ago and he is still trying to get it. This is weird because we play at the same frequency and I would say he has been playing much longer and is a more accomplished player than I am.
Do you think these two things are related? He plans to contact EA about it, thinks he might eke out the island in the next day with any luck but I think there's something wrong with his game.
