UPDATE!!!

Anyone else not have the update yet? I've tried restarting the game and checked the App store as well.

I didn't get it until 5 hours after my husband. This happened with an earlier update too, I can only guess the servers are really busy. Hope you get it soon! (Oh we both have the same iPhone and were sitting side by side in the same vehicle, I don't get it either)

This isn't an App Store update. It should update when you go into your game. If not, try reinstalling the game on your device.

My android updated and I started building the high school. When I got home I opened on my iPad and it didn't update and there was no update in the App Store. When I reopened the game on my android I got the level up donuts again, went back to level 33 and lost my XP that I got when I bought the world largest zirconium.... all the new decorations are locked.

I am now having a different, but closely related issue.

When I couldn't get the update to start on my iPhone, I borrowed my mom's iPad and got the update there. I bought the twins for donuts and sent them on their first task. Then I cleared land for the high school and started construction.

When I went back to my iPhone, I was back at level 33 but the land I cleared was still cleared and, more importantly, my donuts are still missing, BUT the high school is no longer being built and even the campfire I placed is gone.


Help?

I have the same issue kinda, had no problem updating, did first time opening the game up. Leveled up, got 2 doughnut, got skinners boss, started building high school. Came back, now at level 33, I still have my 2 doughnuts I got for leveling up, but high school not being built now, and I'm short the 225,000 or around there, the money I spent to by the school , I want my money back!!!!!!!!
