Upgrade castles or Spend Elixir?
Go with the decorations unless you think you already have enough decorations then just spend the rest on pointless upgrades...it's all on you, if you want more stuff buy it now.

- What I did was splurge on more castle walls for Homers castle. I don't plan on adding any more in my town, but I am anticipating that they will be useable in Krustyland sooner or later. It makes sense to have castes available in a theme park, and I'm sure there will be plenty of room to mess around with castles in there, unlike the main town.

If the stuff gets approved for KL, I'll be building a huge maze of walls.
