Upgrade HQ?

"Extra Justice Power" gives you a wider area for tapping criminals (meaning instead of just capturing the one you click, you will capture all those around him too).

"Extra Event Currency" will give you more currency (rods, pies, guns) whenever you tap on the HQ.
