Well i know ive lost it because the Android version of the game does not have any option to log into an Origin account!

Which is not only stupid but careless by them!

Also though it was clearly saving my data onto their servers somewhere, maybe associated to my phones ID, loaded it fine for days and had no issues with the game, till my phone died whilst it was loaded.

I have already contacted Watchdog about this issue, as i feel they have the right to make this well known to other android users spending there money. Contacted EA by phone and been on hold for 30mins with no answer so gave up. Posted on the Answer HQ and no reply. Emailed them as well so it not like i havent tried to contact them either!
