Simply put there is no origin plugin for the game on android devices. While help.ea.com will allow you to create a case with them, there are some detailed answers to your question in the answers.ea.com site. It is yet another forum that is supposed to just be for help, but you do not get answers from ea, only form other users.
I would not spend any money on donuts in android until you aren't buying them directly to your local device. Though some have lost donuts while using origin to put your town in the cloud.
