Valentines is here

Yeah, a little disappointing for day one / older players. Hardly anything new. Even if I don't care for Valentines day..
It would be great to have a bit more for all players...

Very happy to acquire the flower shop even though it depleted my donut bank. That's been a must have for me since I started. I wish I could have got the ice cream store but it's not the design with the "Marge-cone" on top so I'm not too worried. That's the one I really would like.

A few more rose arches and heart hedges for my tunnel of love in KL and I'm very happy with this update.

Plus, being a small and limited time event suggests to me something big could come for the anniversary afterward. Particularly with the FalloutBoy reference. Maybe a big superhero themed event!

Awesome! And as you said, there's an entire new character category called vigilantes. Considering the first is Milhouse as Fallout Boy, I'm thinking there may be a superhero related event coming. Perhaps we'll finally get various superhero skins for characters, like Radioactive Man (Wolfcastle), Bartman (Bart), Clobber Girl (Lisa), The Collector (Comic Book Guy), etc.

Perhaps it'll happen sometime this summer?

I could see them doing it to coincide with the "summer popcorn superhero movie" tradition. Especially with a big release like the new Avengers film coming. Granted that's by a rival studio to Fox, but that would create a perfect opportunity for parody/satire.
