Its because someone else has tapped the building and they haven't cleared the handshake.

Yeah true :) but it seems to be on the regular, I'm now trying to vary the times i visit hoping this will help :) It just strange how many people seem to have nothing at all to tap, even when we had the whacking day, Xmas updates and people were visiting regularly there was always something to tap but now it like nothings available lol
