Visiting Friends during FP Points
Its because someone else has tapped the building and they haven't cleared the handshake.

I've noticed a few of my neighbours had nothing to tap every time, so I checked when they last logged in and it was a couple of weeks ago. I deleted them and replaced them with regular players. No point having non-playing friends on your list! :P
