Volcano lair or duff brewery?
Both are good, but I'm a big fan of Hank Scorpio.

I would go for Volcano Lair first. The outdoor tasks amuse me
I do like The Duff Brewery building but I try to keep Duff man on the 24hr tasks right outside.
