Volunteer at the great plains

Some reason when i click on the Springfield zoo sign i cant volunteer at the great plains it just does not show up, but after i assign everybody to the open jobs at the other 3 i still have a ! with jobs available.

I found that Willie and sea captain have jobs there.

    I realized when I bought Joan Bushwell. She can also volunteer there.

    Willie and the sea captain can volunteer. Search for them individually and send them to great plains
