Ive got the Institute of Technology, LA Body Works, Furniture Shop and Coffee Shop. Have also put the Real Estate in SF cos there is a thing that hangs over it that I wont see since stuff is going on the outer available land we recently got. Reckon I'll put the Montessori school in SF too.

You need to unlock the land where the Institute of Technology is located. It's the red and yellow building with the fence.

The Technology Institute which you unlock by buying the land its on :)

I was thinking that myself... I feel so sorry for whoever does the walk-through on this one.

Im just buying all the things lol

Have bought 3 more condos as this increases your real estate value which gets those prizes.

Ah *, just realised its probably better to save up items in order to unlock more characters in order to make more items so you can spend on land and buildings lol
