What are your "must-do their-own-thing" favorite tasks?

Crazy cat woman 12 hr task "throw cats" all day every day

Oh yeah, Hank Scorpio, 8hr task "test flamethrower"

How can you not have someone constantly patrolling your town with a flamethrower?
I know I can't!
