What Changed With the Stonecutters Black Market Sale Update?

Many, but not all of the Stonecutter skins are now premium because with the latest update they can be purchased with donuts if you didn't already have them. Furthermore, the Stonecutter Lodge is now premium, so any job there pays out premium regardless of whether the skin is freemium or premium. It's a bit confusing since a lot of skins have almost all of their jobs at the Stonecutter Lodge and thus most of their jobs are premium payout even if they are still freemium skins. However, the Stonecutter Daycare Center is still freemium, and many of the skins have a 4 hour job someplace other than the Lodge. So several of the Stonecutter skins have premium payouts for all their jobs except the 2 hour (if you have the Daycare Center) and the four hour job, in the case of Principal Skinner, for example. I'm not sure if the jobs involving the Stonecutter table are premium now, which would be the case for Krusty, but they should be because the table is now a premium item.
