What Changed With the Stonecutters Black Market Sale Update?
Stonecutters skins aren't all premium, the Stonecutters Lodge is now premium and any tasks set there pay out premium.

From what I've read the Stonecutter skin for Skinner, Brockman, and Krusty were given out for free so any of their tasks that aren't in buildings or with items that are now premium will not pay premium. All other tasks now pay premium. Hope that made sense.
