Had the social battle prizes pop in succession and the cards didn't register and I didn't receive them. Guess they're gone because I didn't video capture it.

They're in your inventory - you have to 'use' the item for them to register.

They are inventoried. You just have to use them. Needlessly confusing to do it that way, but...meh

check your inventory for a pack of cards to use.
