That's Sir Putts-a-Lott, They are referring to the bear we got last valentines day

Edit: according to the wiki it costs 20 donuts this year, and since its not in my store I presume its unique

No bonus was added to Sir Loves-A-Lot. It now only seems to say a broken "I love you" while it used to have two phrases.

Jessie Grass's 1 hour task is still missing the sign. He looks like an idiot pointing at nothing.
