Yeah, he was but I thought he might've returned either in a mystery box or for donuts since I don't think anything that was a real money purchase in an event returned again for real money. Master Hypnotist + Sven Golly, Maw Spuckler, and Witch were all initially real money purchases and returned for donuts or in a mystery box.

I know he's in the yearbook mystery box with the Mayan Bundle so I'm guessing its another case of "You already have an item in this bundle so you can't get the other items now." Maybe contact EA and they might add him in your game.

Yeah, they were craftables twice and available for cash twice. I bought I bunch of them last year. I'm surprised they didn't return in this event.
