What happened? Login problems

Just checking a few things, was all your stuff in storage? Might be worth speaking to EA and it could also be that no one got into your town it could be the game has set you back to level 1 if that is the case big problem! Dont play/do anything with the game as it stand and speak to EA straight away. Being you didnt see the intro you should be ok and get your game back :)

    ^^ Ditto for me.

    This is an issue that hits many. It is a little unnerving.

    Addicts has a nice trouble shooting on this. Google troubleshooting-101-my-game-went-back-to-level-1.

    I got back in and everything was ok except some characters spent the night on a 1, 3, or 4- hr task. I usually go to bed with everybody on 12 or 24- hour tasks.

    This isn't a log in issue. Just tap the red buttons on the right to continue. It says another device when I too played on just my iPad. Happens a 100 times to me. Never lost a thing. I've played since the beginning & I've seen it all. Lol
    No biggie

    Oh & when it sets you back to level 1, just restart you device
