What happens after the Event?

After this event ends expect the Halloween event to arrive a few days after. We have events every 2 months (6 a year)

Yes. When the event ends, those event skins then will change to earn game cash. This happens with all events. If the event had premium skins one may have purchased, they will earn premium pay out.

Also, at least with my first events being Easter & Stonecutters, those items not able to be store in inventory become able to do so. Have 10 egg piles & ponds still in store. Fortunately, with level 43 update, they allowed Easter fences, gates & trees to be used in KL. I wish they would at least include the ponds as well. You are still not able to sell them.

Sometimes regular skins become premium if enough time passes. A few of mine have become premium only because they were free the first time around and then released as premium when the event was held again the following year.

Yes, those skins that were free become premium if the skin was updated & sold later. It only makes sense that my All American Apu purchased for the 4th would have the same pay out for someone who has been playing longer & got him free.

I'd make sure to max out the Updates for the Skins, and if you can, the Castles. There's no telling what EA has planned for after the event, and having what you can, maxed out, may result in a better payout than not having them maxed.

...So about what I expected.

My event is progressing rapidly, in fact, things have snowballed faster than I expected and I'm only a couple thousand gold away from the last prize (and I make that in a day or so).

I'll be done with Gold by Friday for sure. I've already built my Barbarian Castle (including 20 towers and dozens of wall pieces), and have no intentions of spending donuts on the other two castles (not too keen on their appearance).

Follow-up Question: Is there a limit to how much we can store in our inventory? I have considered buying LOTS (hundreds?) of extra wall/tower pieces for use later... ???

Otherwise, I suppose I'll just keep farming Elixir/Gold, and raising my castle/character levels.

Not always. We have only 4-6!major events each year, but we have quite a few of mini-events if we're generalizing as events :P Like this year we've had Valentine's, Easter, Stonecutters, CoC and we can rely on xmas being major. I'm not sure about halloween, since I doubt they would do 2 majors in a row.mthen we've had S4int Patricks, and4th of July.

There is no limit and trust me they won't fill up with a few hundred extra walls! I have a thousand iron fences or so in storage, because I used to ise them for everything before I realized there were other decorations! XD
