Burns Casino! They could retire the holiday wheel and turn it into roulette. Or add games like blackjack and poker. They could even add a new currancy, chips. For a lot of cash you'd be able to by a small amount of chips or use donuts to buy larger amounts. Early on you'd start with only one game and "win" other games or cash or donuts.
