What Premium Item to buy?
Akira is easily the best value on that list, but Jasper is pretty great. So, one of those would be my advice.

I wouldn't get any of those, but that's just personal preference. The best value out of your choices though is Akira and the Waiter, since you'll get a building and two characters.
