Rex and the van are a great choice because Rex is a limited combo for just 90 donuts and the van has a multiplier and a 4hr job for the channel broadcast. I don't really like chester although maybe someday I'll get him since I have the gold mansion. I'd rather get Otto first if you don't have it, else go for chester.
