What to get next?
Get Luann, she has an amusing/long quest line (that will keep you busy), she unlocks a free decoration for Springfield and KL and gives Kirk a premium 8hr task. P.S: She has three visible tasks

Much like you, Frink and Otto were my priorities. Luann is next on my list because I've read her questline and it sounds amusing, plus there's fleet-a-pita. I've also seen some interesting outdoor tasks for her.
That said, the cracker factory is one of the least visually interesting buildings in the game. Combining with this fact, I feel a little bad about Apu having nowhere to live, because I'm weird like that. I need to find out more about Manjula, but she might get bumped up to the top of my list.
Jasper is great, and the building looks nice, but I think Springfield needs more ladies.
