What to get next?
Get Luann, she has an amusing/long quest line (that will keep you busy), she unlocks a free decoration for Springfield and KL and gives Kirk a premium 8hr task. P.S: She has three visible tasks

Is go for Luann out of the three you specified. The community centre has no tasks associated with it, and it's very oddly shaped so it's quite an eyesore eyesore in my town. Manjula is awesome and the apartments look cool but Luann's outdoor tasks are better and has a longer storyline (that ends with a premium 8 hr job).
