What's happening with iOs updating to Halloween

Love the specific amount of time they told you to wait. "Some". Could be a year (unlikely), could be a minute (also unlikely).

I'm going to put out a guess that it will be 2pm my time. Which is about 40 mins from now. Now to wait...
