What's your most wanted decoration?

I'd like a Summer event with:
Pool Mobile
Simpsons Pool
Simpsons Jacuzzi
Martin Prince Pool
Springfield Elementary Pool w/worms and younger skins for Skinner and Willie.

The pools could function like the Nightmare Pile/Zombie Sandwich, where certain characters can be assigned to swim in the pool. Bart can have an animated task to fall off his treehouse as well. Plenty of options.

Also, not item related but Martin's parents and their house. Maybe a few more Springfield kids, pretty sure Bart has at least one more friend.

Placeable pigeons
Dolphins and sharks the would roam the ocean. And a task for the Sea Captain to sit on his houseboat and have the shark steal his catch.
A beachcomber, even if it is a NPC, that only walks on the beach.
A windsurfer.
A “one way “ sign.
A mountain goat NPC that roams the mountains. And maybe a rock climer.
Telephone/power poles.
A horse drawn carriage that roams around town.
A freight car for the train.
Bicycles for the kids to ride around.
