Well, compared to the Burns mystery box this is almost like a Jackpot

This is disgusting. I know it likes to stop on the top of a segment, and have seen it many times stop on money with the Yeti (I want a Yeti since I can pretend it's from Doctor Who) in the opposite direction as shown, so that it's legitimately money, but it looks like it's more insidious in that it says if you get a borderline it's always going to be money. The game seems to pick a random number between 0 and 19; if it's an even number, then it'll be in the center of a pie-piece and you'll get that prize. If it's odd, it's on the edge of a pie-piece and will, given what our Op has observed, go to whichever pie-slice has the lower-value item. This means in a situation where there are 3 money slices, your odds are more akin to 9/20 in getting money because not only are the even-middles of the money slices going to be money, but the 6 edges of money will also be. So, 45% odds of getting money, not 30%. That's just awful, if you ask me! Why would they be so mean? Of course, I hope someone goes and figures out the real odds like they have for the balloons and the track and the scratch cards, etc. :(

The dividing line between the snowman and the cash is above the middle point of the arrow. So even thought the tip of the arrow hasn't clicked over to the cash yet, the app knows that the cash section of the wheel is what is in front of the marker.

not sure if this would work for anyone else but it worked for me one my mobile as that's the only device I play on but I have found that sometimes you can spin the wheel very slowly and it will move to the next section and claim that prize.

I had most of the items on the wheel all I needed was the new items so it was frustrating when I kept landing on either money or gift cards, so I tried moving it slower and maybe 1 in 10 moves made it think it had spun and gave me the prize. I now have all the items on the wheel :)

another one to try is have the prize you want on the other side of the wheel and again try just a little half spin.

so basically try tiny spins as I got no where with just swiping the wheel

Who cares, you get a token everyday. You will have had over 30 tokens by the end. Plenty enough to get everything.

Clearly the cash is the appropriate prize. As much as the prize sucks, the game is being fair based on where the wheel stopped. Hardly what I would call a "scam".

If it was the other way around and the snowman was in front of the marker, but the tip was pointed at cash, would you complain it gave you the snowman?

I never called it a scam, and tbh if I received the snowman instead of cash, I would have still posted the picture (if it showed I should have received something else) Just seems like a total bummer...
