Wheel Odds?
It's 10% for most things. Though the Train is 5%, and the fences are 15%.

Same here plus the bird bath- Lamp post for me. I saved up 11 spins last night, and got the other two things I was missing (two of the trains, and the bench...and a lot of duplicates of other things). Hopefully it comes up before the end of the event.
- Luckily I did have the train from last year
Just needed the bench and I got it today so. I cleared the wheel
