When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

I normally wait for a month to two months or not playing before i considering removing people, anything less than a month just doesnt seem right.
All depends on how well you know your neighbours as well to whether they even get removed
