When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

I got most of my initial neighbors from Gamefaqs. Those players are not very consistent. They move on and forget about their SF. I'm trying to remove all of them unless they have nice SFs or are really active. Which is rare.
Forum member from here, though.... Never gonna remove them. Unless they post that they are no longer playing and to remove them, of course. :x
