Wheres act 3?

Have you completed the first tasks? I didn't try looking at Act 3 until I'd completed the visit a neighbour task but have had no problems.

just calm down on event not starting, the quest is there but the event icons are gone, it's normal they'll be back once you get in the questline further ;)
