I think it started out as invite only as they got the site started. But that was only to get things going. Now, everyone is welcome.

The one thing I will like is that the multiple similarly themed threads can be merged. It's a bit annoying see numerous "add me" threads dominate the first page on this forum.

However, I do like this site - so I'll probably interact on both.
