Why’s the Donut sale different per account

There has been lots of discussion in other threads. It is an attempt to entice accounts that don't log in much to re-engage in the game. A welcome back bonus. Actually a smart business idea. You already have customers that are inactive or not very active. Far easier to keep a customer than find a new one.

My wife stays active and plays all the time still doesn’t make since. Should be an account wide sale for that.

When has anything EA does make any sense or be applied fairly.
