I just switch one building for another... towns are not met to be set in stone... not in my head I guess. Actually, for every event, I re-arrange.
I moved farm, channel 6 out of landing zone and moved Moe's, police and town hall in. I didn't move the school - that's too hard to do - would have to move Otto's bus, high school building, waterfall too, just a ton of work. 3 out of 4 not bad.
