Wiggum house, REAL or FAKE?!?!?

This is true about the wigum house and lab. I updated last night at about 10 o'clock gmt. I leveled up to 26. I got a task to deliver cards to neighbors. But when I tried it said they were all playing an older version. So I continued to play my game. I had the Popsicle tower available to build, but the wigum house (with Ralph) and the lab were locked until further in level 26. I also got itchy and scratchy card to play. 250 a card. Won 10,000 on first go. Then at around 11 o'clock it logged me out. Haven't been able to get on since. Showing me the man I hate this screen cr@p. I know I don't post on here but I read it a lot. No lies here though so if you have anymore doubt just message me.
