- There seems something is missing
http://imgur.com/vaPpsTn - someonewashere9 years agoRising NoviceBought it, not an impulse buy, however i mostly bought it cause of the wooden horse of Troy Sombrero.
The questline is nostalgic, A roleplaying game based on D&D but in a world of Cowboys and Bandits, kids find themselves in a real world equivalent of this by a manner of strange circumstances and must fight them themselves.
It reminds me of an 80's film called Cloak & Dagger, short summary:
Kid plays a D&D style game called Cloak & Dagger (instead of warriors and magic its about spies and espionage) he has an imaginary friend based of the character he plays, he finds himself in the middle of a problem as a scientist hands him a game cartridge that holds military secrets. He has to defeat foreign spies and in the end his imaginary friend dies.
While the questline is different the general idea is the same, and makes me feel nostalgic.
However i do feel a character would have made it a bit more interesting.
Senor Ding Dong wouldve fit in nicely especially if the questline had him reform the bandits into door-to-door doorbell salesmen (is that a thing?) although personally i would prefer if Senor Ding dong is bundled with his vehicle.

The other option:
Another member of the Super Friends:

I mean you have Database and Lisa, who else would be better to play a Roleplaying Game about Bandits and robbers than:
Ham, Cosine, E-Mail, or Report Card?
or
the Martin Hideout Nerds

Adding another character in my opinion is what truly creates a reason to buy an item or at the very least a dialogue of Pros and cons to buy an item.
Most people will pass because it simply offers no to very little incentive, thats understandable.
However what about the Krazy Kraut or the Notre Dame? They had been bundled with another character, perhaps someone at Ea can see how many people purchased said buildings and compare it to the number of people that purchased the recently released Bandit hideout.
The other option is a character skin, had that been bundled you'd see more people willing to purchase.
But thats just the opinion of someone who bought it, my score 7/10 would buy again.
If you must learn one thing EA let it be this:

I would trust Dwight he is a guy who knows his stuff.

- I got it. I love my Bandito's.
- too bad this fort never appeared in the show
- Sorry for the double post. I've got quite a few "oooooops, insufficient privilages to access the forum" errors.
Mods, feel free to delete this one. Gary_A_D wrote:

I love it too. Glad I bought it in time (unlike Sideshow Bob's Victorian mansion, which I hope will return one day)- for me it's just too big. I can't spare all that space for a bandit area long term.
- passed, lot of donuts considering no skin or a new character with it and it takes up a lot of real estate. guess thats why so costly
