Will Phase 3 cause all previous prizes to disappear?

I'm pretty sure I got that message at the end of phase 1.

No all the prizes will be able to be crafted and will not go away.

The only thing that will disappear will be the Phase 2 returning premium items...

That to me sounds like they're talking about the prizes you have to collect currency to win.
