Will the Golden Goose Realty building return this year?

Since it first arrived in 2019, the Golden Goose Realty building has been re-released in one event for each of the past 2 years but still hasn't shown up in any event this year. I failed to get it ...

Well, it came back...
as a Golden Token item in the Gold Mystery Box where there are 99 other things in there.
This means I'd need to spend £180 to give myself 100 tokens for enough chances to get the Golden Goose Realty building.
Seriously?!
People struggling for new land, land can only be purchased for land tokens now, free tokens are rarely given out, and the one thing people could really use to help them unlock land more easily is locked away like this?
Ridiculous.
