Winter 2016: Event Dates

Is there any system around it? For example if you bought an item that cost 100 donuts you'll get 1000 vouchers and for item that cost 50 you'll get 500 vouchers etc.?
Also for which kind of items you'll get those vouchers, only for the newest items/event items in general/maybe permanent store items as well?

What can we buy to get the vouchers? Am I going to have to spend like 1000 donuts to get Mr. Costington?

@wiedmannaj LPs saying the gnomes gonna pay out vouchers too so might you might be able to get him for free. Gonna probably depend on how many prizes you need in each box

Lol sounds convoluted, I may have to just wait and see how it works. My only concern is if you have most or all of the items on sale for donuts, but need many of the things available for tickets, will you be able to get enough tickets to get them all? Will tickets be available for purchase on their own? Would have to look at the item list closely to answer this one, but will it be like that mystery box during the sports event where you will only have a chance of winning items you don't already have or does each category have one non unique item that you could end up winning many times over while trying to get something else?
