Yeah, she'd have to be near the top of the list for characters that haven't been added yet. She wouldn't be voiced, though, as she's voiced by Tress McNeil, who isn't part of the 6 main cast.
I have heard before that only those characters voiced by the main cast will be voiced in the game, but why is that so? Could someone explain, please?
It's probably in their contracts. Somewhere along the way they got more money in return for the rights to their voices being used in Simspons related products without additional payment. The "minor" voices probably have to be paid specifically for their voices to appear. (Guess based on experience in other places)
