I've been playing about 5 months now. Lemme think... I think I've received SVT, 30, 10, 10, and some white fences. Everything else has been throwaway decorations.
You can get a Homer Buddha in a Mystery Box, so you can theoretically get any items from that 'in the Mystery Box', too. So, Moleman, even Frink's Lab, is not impossible. You'd have to be very, very lucky, though.
