Worst update EVER
It's not the update that's at fault it's your friends who aren't collecting cards which means you can't hearts when visiting. Either that they can't play or gave up trying.

OP if you have friends that have none available check the last time they were on before deleting them. What I do is I check the time they last played I only delete them if they haven't been on for a day or two or if i haven't been able to visit them in 2 days. And don't delete anyone that's level 15 or under just because of the level they may not have any cards available because they don't have alot of characters yet so they maybe haven't gotten on to clear them
