Would have been nice to get a gift of doughnuts EA for Christmas.
Hello, I thought for sure, EA would have given us players a free gift of doughnuts for Christmas, considering how much time the game was down, during the Christmas event.

How to fix almost every problem in the game:- Pull up your App Manager and swipe away all open apps.
- Hold the power button until the device powers off.
- Wait 1 minute. Yes, a WHOLE minute. Go get a cup of coffee or something.
- Turn your device back on.
- Start the game.
As a side issue: You need 9 to 10 gigs of free storage space to play the game. That's where your town lives while you're playing. If you're on iOS you may need more. The town you see on your screen is actually being interpreted from stored memory space. - Pull up your App Manager and swipe away all open apps.
- To be fair, at least there was something added on Christmas even if it was 50% extra donuts on donut purchases and God + The Ten Commandments returning for only a day. Like others have said, you can get 3 to 9 donuts a day from Santa's Wonderland Tickets alone if you have all the prizes from SW so that at least makes up for the lack of Christmas day donuts. We did also get 30 free donuts over the summer.
